Please bring your dental and medical insurance cards and information with you to your consultation appointment.
At the consultation, the staff at Jackson Oral Surgery will explain to you in detail what your estimated financial responsibility will be, based on our verification of your insurance plan. However, this estimate is simply that – an estimate – which is subject to change by your insurance company. Any portion not paid by your insurance plan is ultimately your financial responsibility.
